Processing Times

 


All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase.


Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Express Shipping:

4–8 business days


Please note that delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, weather conditions, and peak shipping periods.


Transit times begin after the order has shipped, not at the time of purchase.

 


 

 

Order Tracking

 


Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.


Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

 


 

 

International Shipping

 


Blu Labs ships to most countries worldwide.


For international orders:

 

  • Delivery typically takes 10–15 business days

  • Customs inspections may cause additional delays

  • Blu Labs is not responsible for customs delays or import duties

 

 


 

 

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

 


If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your order arrives damaged, please contact us.


Our support team will help open an investigation with the shipping carrier.


If your package arrives damaged, please:

 

  • Keep all packaging materials

  • Take photos of the damaged parcel

  • Send them to our support team for claims processing

 

 


 

 

Split Shipments

 


To ensure faster delivery, items within the same order may ship separately at no additional cost.


You will receive separate tracking emails for each shipment.

 


 

 

PO Boxes & Restricted Addresses

 


Some shipping carriers or express delivery services cannot deliver to PO Boxes, military addresses, or remote locations.


If this affects your order, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative shipping method.

 


 

 

Holidays & Peak Season

 


During high-volume periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or major holidays, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.
